By the way, Iran (unlike North Korea despite the fact the nations share technology and information) successfully tested a medium-range missile today. Its range is more than sufficient to reach any target in Israel, and not a few in Europe as well. Iran has for several years had the ability to launch a missile attack on most of Israel, and today’s test only strengthens its ability to deliver the nuclear weapons it is feverishly working to create.

Meanwhile, back home Dan Collins over at Protein Wisdom was kind enough to note how those fine folk at Google — you know, the ones who can’t be bothered on Veterans Day or Christmas — wasted no time whipping out the Photoshop to slap an image of a lemur fossil on their front page and hail it as the missing link proving evolution is all there is and all you stupid Christians out there are just that, stupid. “Ooh, look — it has opposable thumbs!” Just like… oh… the lemur and every other primate. “But… but it kinda resembles a monkey!” That’s nice. I once saw a cow whose markings kinda resembled Mickey Mouse’s head, but I’m quite certain it wasn’t the missing link between comic strips and Walt Disney.
