Was Neda One Of… You Know… Us?

While wearing what many consider to be nothing more than a piece of jewelry doesn’t make for conclusive evidence, the fact that Neda Agha-Soltan (or Neda Soltani) was photographed wearing a cross is more than a little interesting. Would a woman in a Muslim country, especially one as oppressive religiously as Iran, dare to wear one simply because she thought it looked nice on her?

Somehow I doubt it.

By God’s grace, one day we’ll find out.

(Thanks to Atlas Shrugs for uncovering the story – be forewarned her post has graphic images of Neda’s murder.)
