A wise man recently suggested I change the name of God’s Not Dead (And Neither Are We) to some more directly indicative of the book’s content and direction. I mulled over as many possibilities as I could come up with, out of which one was the clear favorite when run by friends and family: First And Forgotten.
With the possible title change, I felt it’d be good to modify the cover a bit. The back cover is basically the same:

I think the name change is a good move,, not so blatant.
does this mean you’re gonna do a second book….be great to hear what happend with Mike Knott, The Crucified, Dime Store Prophets, Over The Rhine and some others
There will be a second book, but it’s going to focus on artists from the ’70s, particularly the Maranatha family.
I like it! I would make the ‘Includes…’ list on the back a little bit larger, to catch people’s attention. The font on the front could be punched up a bit, though I’m not certain exactly how. Otherwise it’s great, and a splendid idea changing the name.
Good stuff, and worth the effort. The blurbs on the back are a nice touch, too.
I like the new name. Fits well….God’s not dead and Neither are we could be the title of a great Jerry the Baptist book someday in the making…not about music…about our relationship with God.

I’m not sure about the black swath on the front. Do you lose some of the “buzz” by changing the name now, posts have mentioned the book, will people still be able to find it, on Amaxon, say, if they refer to those old posts?
