I can’t get Duane Patterson; i.e. producer of Hugh Hewitt’s radio show, to do anything about getting me on the show to talk about the book;
Can’t get Kathy Shaidle of Five Feet of Fury fame to include it in her Christmas Presents For Conservatives list either.
